I obtained other quotes from local companys but was immediately impressed by the throughness of the survey and detailed explanation of the intended works, Having received a competitive quote i was very happy to give them the job. 2 x engineers & 1 labourer turned up on time and worked tirelessly with a very high attention to detail respecting my property by using dustsheets and keeping the workplace very tidy. The job was finished to a great standard and the new system demonstrated unhurried.

I was extremely impressed by the service provided, from initially contacting Lee (the plumber) to the installation of boiler. Lee was recommended to me by a friend. When I called him, he came round promptly and discussed my options with me and highlighted the complications with my particular case. He was very proactive in seeking solutions to get around the issue, one of the solutions being viewing the property of a neighbour who had been in a similar predicament, to establish the best way to resolve the issue. As myself and Lee have busy schedules, it was always going to be difficult allocating a time to complete the work.

However, he was contactable on the phone every single time I called him and in instances where I was busy, he would contact me to update me and would provide flexibility regarding my schedule. I am very pleased with the standard of the work which he carried out in a timely manner, and service provided after, i.e explaining how the boiler works, how to resolve potential issues myself in the future, the breakdown of certificates, etc. I will definitely use Lee again in the future and I'll recommend him whenever somebody needs a plumber.
